Visual identity for Oxford Road Corridor's light art festival
Oxford Road Corridor asked me to design the visual identity for Corridor of Light. A three-night celebration of Manchester’s innovation district through language, light, music and ideas.
The programme for this first-ever edition is about revealing the stories and places along the Oxford Road Corridor in a new light. Stretching south from Central Library in St Peter’s Square, this is the city’s innovation district: a brilliant constellation of people studying, creating and working within one square mile.
Free to attend, the three-night event had a packed programme of visual art, installations and live entertainment across a 12 page roll-fold leaflet, with a microsite designed to work within the existing framework.
The Corridor of Light event required a colourful approach using the Oxford Road Corridor's core brand graphic devices - 3 and 4 sided shapes inspired by road milestones.
